A woman who did not have any visible physical disability posted about a man who interrupted her while she was about to pump gas into her car, offering to pump it for her because “a pretty woman like you shouldn’t have to pump her own gas.” She thanked him, and estimated for him that it would be close to $50 to fill her tank. The man backed down immediately, saying he wasn’t intending to PAY for it; he just wanted to pump it for her.

“What are you doing? Get out of here,” the woman said in the video, rolling her eyes.

What was he doing indeed? He was only interested in offering what she was perfectly capable of doing herself, and wanting to enjoy her company, uninvited, at no cost to him. He would never, of course, offer anything actually useful to her. Men only like the appearance of generosity, warmth, or protection. That is why they attempt to strip us of our rights so that we would artificially “need” men.

Of course, a man stitched this video commenting about how this is why chivalry is dead. If this is chivalry, then by all means, please die harder.

Leave women the fuck alone, especially at gas stations.
